Government Revokes on Businesses
The government retains the authority to revoke and repossess a player-owned business if it is deemed detrimental to the business itself or the overall welfare of the county due to neglect or lack of attention. To ensure adequate focus and management of businesses:
a. A monthly county tax, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated during the calendar month, is imposed on businesses. The tax rate is set at a minimum of 5% of the County Businesses value.
b. Players are limited to owning only one business to ensure they can dedicate sufficient attention to its operation.
c. Players have the option to sell their business or assign a new owner after a minimum period of 30 in-game days. All transactions must be documented with the government through a ticket system to ensure proper documentation, including a bill of sale.
d. If an owner decides to relinquish their business voluntarily, they must wait for a period of two weeks (in real-time) before being eligible to reapply for a new business.
These regulations are in place to maintain fairness and balance in the management of player-owned businesses and to ensure that businesses contribute positively to the game's economy and community.
